Before any meeting, we agree your position and any limits on what can be discussed or committed to. During the meeting, we represent that position, take detailed notes, and push back where appropriate — but we never make a decision on your behalf. Afterwards, you get a full, honest debrief, including anything that didn't go the way you expected.
